Alison Prior is a freelance executive producer with a career built on getting complex projects delivered — on time, on budget, and with the creative ambition intact. She has worked across corporate, cultural, technology and public sector events for over twenty-five years, operating at the highest level of client management and project ownership.
She takes complete ownership of the event lifecycle — from the first pitch through budgeting, logistics and execution to post-event analysis. She is as comfortable developing a compelling proposal for a new client as she is on-site managing a build in a different timezone. She works closely with creative, design, technical and logistics teams, integrating naturally into agency, client or partner structures — including teams in the US and UAE.
